How to duplicate entries in a cell range
A duplicate option in excel, e.g., excel 2016, allows excel users to duplicate data in a certain range of cells. Follow the following steps to achieve the duplication.
1. Select a range of cells you need to be duplicated
2. In the Home tab ribbon, click on styles and tap on the conditional formatting button. Next, click on highlight cell rules and then tap on duplicate values. A dialogue box appears with options of formatting the identical values in the cell range.
3. Tap on the custom format option and pick the custom formatting in the cells dialog box that appears.
4. Click on OK to close the duplicate values dialogue box. Your entry data is officially formatted after you have followed the steps mentioned above.
